Where to Start?

A significant portion of the content of this site was provided by some of the millions of people who, each and every day, spend significant parts of their employer's time and other resources passing around "Today's Email-Propogated Joke." We have accumulated much of this digital flotsam and jetsam and we present it here for everyone's amusement (or otherwise).

Of course... the original authors of these pieces are lost in the noise.... If anyone is angry at us for "stealing" their original work... please just drop us a note and we will (upon receipt of proof of copyright ownership) remove the piece at once. Please accept our heartfelt and sincere apologies in advance.

Many pieces owe their inspiration to Australian Beer and childhood problems caused by growing up in the Antipodes... laughing too often and finding much humor in other people's predicaments, to name but two.

Public Domain:

We have made use of many public domain images and descriptive text. Where possible we have given credit on the pages where the images occur... but if we have missed any please accept credit here: NASA and the Space Telescope Science Institute are two that immediately come to mind for the wonderful pictures in our astronomy section.

Freely Given:

There is a significant amount of software scripting on the site that is used directly from, or modified from, freely given code. Several excellent sources of this code have been: The JavaScript Source and Javafile.com

Talented Friends:

Email Sarah if you are looking for one of the best web designers in Australia.. Note she didn't design this site otherwise it would look a lot better than it does...
