CONDITIONS OF USE of FreecardCo.com Website

1. Using this site to send / receive electronic greetings cards automatically lists the user in the FreecardCo™ email database (this, in part, is how the site functions... without the email addresses the cards go nowhere...). So, sending an ecard is, by default, giving us permission, or "opting in" on our ability to send you emails.

2. If you do not wish to receive emails from FreecardCo™ then please do not use our free services.

3. If at any time you wish to "opt out" and remove yourself from our email database... simply send a blank email with "Remove" in the Subject line to unsubscribe@freecardco.com

4. FreecardCo™ allows visitors to it's website to "click" through and visit the sites of our advertisers. Visitors may give those sites financial information during purchase transactions. That information is not visible to, or accessible by, FreecardCo™.
FreecardCo™ can take no responsibility for any transactions between our visitors and third party vendors.

5. The nature of the internet includes unpredictable downtime during which visitors may not be able to access this site, therefore FreecardCo™ accepts no responsibility for the timely delivery or pickup of its electronic greeting cards.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. FreecardCo™ does not collect any personal financial information from visitors to FreecardCo.com.
FreecardCo™ collects various data from users in order to deliver electronic greetings cards. This data comprises messages from the users to third parties as well as email addresses of the user and the third party.

2. FreecardCo™ does not share PERSONALIZED information collected IN ORDER TO DELIVER MESSAGES.

3. The card-related information, referenced to in paragraph 1, above, is purged from the Web Server at regular proscribed intervals.

4. FreecardCo™ may, from time to time, contact those persons who have opted in on our email list (see Conditions of Use, paragraph 1) with news regarding the FreecardCo™ website and/or special promotions that may be of interest to past visitors.

5. Although we have security methods in place that are commensurate with the nature of our online business, FreecardCo™ can not be held responsible for illegal access to our data by unlawful third party attacks on our server.
